Purpose
These terms govern the use of the DémoPlan service, published by Cryptaguard BV, Fazantenlaan 9, 1600 Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Belgium, company number BE 1007.610.660. The service is for business use only. Creating an organization, or subscribing to a plan, constitutes acceptance of these terms by the customer organization and by the person acting on its behalf.
The service
DémoPlan produces software demo videos from a written goal: reading the source code the customer grants read-only access to, walking through its application on a demo account, a scenario reviewed before any generation, recording, narration, subtitles, editing, then distribution (player, share pages, buyer rooms, publishing to connected networks). During early access, features may change or be added.
Accounts and security
Each person has their own account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for owners and administrators of an organization. The customer keeps its credentials confidential, assigns its members’ roles and informs us without delay of any access it has not authorized.
Customer content
The customer retains ownership of its content: code, scenarios, videos, voices, images and brand. It grants us the right to use them only to the extent needed to provide the service. The videos produced belong to the customer, subject to the rights of third parties whose agreement it must obtain.
Acceptable use
The customer agrees not to put real customer data in demo accounts, to clone a voice or animate a face only with the express consent of the person concerned, not to produce unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes the rights of others, to comply with the terms of the platforms it publishes on, and not to circumvent the limits or security of the service.
AI-generated content
Scenarios, texts, translations, voices and avatars are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors. The customer reviews each scenario and each video before publication and remains responsible for them. Videos that use a cloned voice or an avatar carry an AI-generated content notice, which can be adjusted but not removed.
Prices, credits and payment
Plans, their prices and included credits are those shown on the Pricing page and in the studio at the time of subscription, excluding VAT. Payments go through Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Any generation that uses credits first shows an estimate and requires your agreement; a failed generation is not charged. If a payment fails, a grace period is granted before paid features are suspended.
Own keys
A customer using its own keys (Anthropic, ElevenLabs) remains bound by those providers’ terms and pays for their usage directly. Its keys are stored encrypted and never displayed in clear text.
Availability
We use our best efforts to keep the service available, without a service level guarantee during early access. Maintenance and incidents are published on status.demoplan.app. An interrupted generation resumes from the failed step when possible.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. For data we process on behalf of the customer, the data processing agreement applies and prevails over these terms.
Intellectual property
The DémoPlan software, brand and documentation remain the property of the publisher. The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the term of its subscription.
Liability
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage and, in total, to the amounts paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, except in case of wilful misconduct, fraud or mandatory legal provisions. We are not liable for content published by the customer or for third-party services it connects.
Term, termination and deletion
The customer may cancel at any time from the studio; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. It can export its data at any time. A request to delete the organization takes effect after a 30-day grace period, which can be cancelled during that period, and a deletion certificate is then sent. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms, after formal notice except in an emergency.
Changes
We may update these terms. Any significant change is announced at least 30 days in advance by email and in the studio; a customer who refuses it may cancel free of charge before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the district of the publisher’s registered office, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
