Waitlist
We collect your work email address, your company name, your role, your team size (optional) and the site language, with the date and wording of the consent you ticked. This data is used only to contact you about early access and to prepare the demo video of your app. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
Free scenario tool
We collect the address of the app you enter and your email address, to read the public pages at that address, write a draft scenario and send it to you. Only public pages are read, without signing in to your app. Your address is not added to the waitlist.
Retention
Unconfirmed sign-up: deleted after 7 days. Confirmed sign-up: kept until the end of early access, and no more than 12 months after your last exchange with us. Free tool requests: deleted after 30 days. Server technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser): 14 days, for site security.
Recipients and processors
OVH (hosting, France), Convex (database, European Union region), Resend (email delivery) and, for the free tool only, Anthropic (writing the draft from public pages, without your email address). Resend and Anthropic are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). No data is sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@demoplan.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
